QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Speciality Pulp and Paper Limited is a Manufacturing company that uses wastepaper as raw material and produces Kraft papers mainly Test Liner and Fluting variety, and is dedicated to the quality of its products which meets   the need and expectations of its customers and all relevant interested parties consistently. We are committed to implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System which adopts a risk-based approach to meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. 

Accordingly, we have established and maintaining a quality management system that meets the requirements of the international standard (ISO 9001:2015), in consonance with all relevant interested parties’ requirements, while guaranteeing the ability to meet organizational goals. 

This QUALITY POLICY statement which shall be reviewed periodically for continuing suitability will assist to ensure that we:

• Improve our ability to consistently meet our customers’ expectations 

• Increase customers and other stakeholders’ confidence in our company 

• Improve our competitive position, 

• Improve employees’ commitment to quality at all levels, 

• Are committed to continual improvement, 

• Communicate to the organization the importance of meeting statutory and regulatory requirements, 

The Quality Policy provides a framework for establishing measurable quality objectives at relevant functions of the company. These objectives shall be reviewed on a regular basis and made available to relevant interested parties.
